After receipt of your registration and payment of the conference fee, you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail with further information.
It is not possible to attend individual lectures or days.
The conference will not be available in a post-conference media centre.
Film and sound recordings will be made at the event, and you agree to their subsequent use by attending the event.
Following the conference, we will send you a confirmation of participation by e-mail.

Participation at single lectures or days is not possible.

Cancellation conditions
Due to the limited number of places and the combination of the booking with the meal packages and overnight stays in the conference centre, it is not possible to cancel already booked tickets, meal packages and overnight stays in the training centre after 06.07.2025.

How to get there
Public Transport
The Deutsche Bahn and Metronom trains will take you to Celle or Unterlüß (Südheide) (Metronom line Hanover/Hamburg or Uelzen/Lüneburg).
Buses run from Celle and Unterlüß (Südheide) to Hermannsburg Sägenförth, Christian-Schule/ FIT or Hermannsburg town centre/ town hall. Depending on the bus, the journey time from Celle is 45 to 60 minutes and from Unterlüß 20 minutes.
From the A7 motorway, take the B3 to Bergen from the Soltau Süd (45) and Mellendorf (52) exits. From there a sign will direct you to Hermannsburg.
If you are travelling from Hanover or Braunschweig via Celle, follow the B3 and the signs to Hamburg. In Groß-Hehlen, a sign will direct you to the country road to Hermannsburg.
If you are travelling via the B4 (Lüneburg, Uelzen, Gifhorn), turn off at Sprakensehl towards Unterlüß. At the entrance to Unterlüß, a signpost directs you to the left towards Hermannsburg.
In Hermannsburg:
Coming from Celle or Bergen, drive straight on in Hermannsburg until you cross the river ‘Örtze’. After 200 metres turn left into Harmsstraße and then after 300 metres turn left into Lutterweg. The Bildungszentrum is 300 m further along on the right-hand side.
Coming from Müden, turn left towards Schützenhaus before you reach the district of Baven. Follow the road for approx. 3 km (Am alten Dorf, Zur Örtze, Waldstraße, Lutterweg). The Bildungszentrum is located after the primary school on the left-hand side.
Coming from Unterlüß, turn right into Harmsstraße after passing the Kleine Kreuzkirche church and then left into Lutterweg after 300 metres. The Bildungszentrum is on the right after 300 m.

Workshops
Participants can register for a workshop on Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. Places in the workshops are limited. Places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received. Please always indicate your second preference for a workshop.
We cannot guarantee a place in your preferred workshop.
Zertifizierung / Fortbildungspunkte
Für INPP Licentiates verlängert sich die Supervisionspflicht von 2 Jahren auf 3 Jahre für die nächste jeweilig anstehende Supervision.
Für Ärzte und Ärztinnen wurde der Kongress mit 15 Fortbildungspunkten
in der Kategorie B (Kongress) von der Ärztekammer Niedersachsen
zertifiziert.
Fortbildungspunkte für Hebammen sind beantragt.

Catering
The catering fee for the entire conference is €99.
It is not possible to book a congress ticket without a catering package.
The catering package is booked directly with the ticket booking and will be invoiced directly by the conference venue.
The catering package includes:
– Drinks such as water, tea and coffee, cakes and snacks throughout the conference
– Lunch on Friday and Saturday
– Dinner on Friday and Saturday
– Wine, water and various soft drinks for the evening events on Friday evening and Saturday evening.

Medienvertreter können sich für die Teilnahme am1. Heidekongress im Vorfeld akkreditieren. Die Akkreditierung ist kostenfrei und erfolgt nach Vorlage eines gültigen Presseausweises.
